Lacora s.r.o.

Consulting for corporate systems · Bratislava

Don't let your own processes slow you down. In billing. On the customer line.

We fix the corporate flow from quote to cash received: contracts, orders, invoicing, controls, audit. And we deploy AI where it genuinely removes work. We work directly inside your systems.

  1. Quote
  2. Contract
  3. Order
  4. Invoice
  5. Payment
Quote-to-Cash. Most losses don't happen at the ends of the chain, they happen at the joints — where two systems hand off data and nobody checks it.
People

Two people. No middleman.

Lacora is deliberately small. The person who does your analysis is the same person who then sits through deployment and hands the runbook to your team. You don't get a senior for the first meeting and a junior for the rest of the project.

Services

Two areas, one discipline.

Both do the same thing: take a process that today runs on people and emails, and give it a system, a trail, and an owner.

Area A

Corporate systems and controls

Led by Tereza Sekaninová

B2B systems that carry revenue, and controls that hold up to an auditor.

  • Quote-to-Cash We map the flow from quote to cash received and rebuild the points where money and time leak out.
  • SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Billing, SD modules, procurement, master data cleanliness. Including post-upgrade testing.
  • Contract lifecycle Deployment and cleanup of Icertis, PgMP, or DocuSign: from template to signature to renewal.
  • SOX and ITGC controls Audit preparation: control documentation, evidence collection, access rights and segregation of duties, coordination with internal audit.
  • Change and release governance Approval processes for changes and production deployments that your team actually follows.
  • Business continuity Recovery scenarios, tested together with your security team.

Area B

AI in corporate processes

Led by Matúš Laco

Deploying AI into operations where it saves hours. Built so you know what the model saw and why it answered.

  • AI chatbots and voice bots Customer support and internal support lines that answer around the clock, with a clear rule for when a human takes over.
  • Connected to your channels Telephony, web, chat, and CRM. A bot that sees into your systems and can answer, not just route the call.
  • Routine automation Invoice and order processing, document checks, recurring reports, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge base One source of truth instead of fourteen versions in SharePoint. Maintained, versioned, traceable.
  • Deployment under control Access rights, logging, protection of sensitive data, and an audit checkpoint. AI as part of the process, not an exception to it.
  • Team training So the tool doesn't end up in a drawer after three weeks because nobody understood it.
Process

How the collaboration works

The order of steps isn't skipped. Each one has a deliverable you can read and sign off on before we move to the next.

  1. 11–2 weeks

    Discovery

We go through the systems, data, controls, and how the work actually gets done today. We talk to the people doing it, not just management.

Output: a flow map and a list of gaps ranked by impact.

  2. 21–2 weeks

    Design

Priority is set by two things: cashflow cost, and what won't hold up under audit. Everything else waits.

Output: a change plan with estimates, risks, and owners.

  3. 34–12 weeks

    Deployment

Work happens inside your systems, with your teams. We deliver continuously, in increments that work for you right away.

Output: a working process in production.

  4. 41 week

    Handover

We train the process owner and leave documentation you can work from without us.

Output: runbook, control matrix, trained team.

Deliverables

What you're left with when we're done

  • Q2C flow map: where the obligation arises, where the invoice arises, and where they diverge.
  • Control matrix: control, owner, frequency, evidence.
  • Audit evidence package: built so you can reproduce it a year from now.
  • Runbook for changes and deployments: who approves, what gets tested, how we roll back.
  • Dashboards and reports: in Power BI or whatever you already use.
  • Deployed AI solution: with access controls, logs, and the name of the person who owns it.
